The retainer fee would be 20% of the total payable amount and upon us receiving the fee, An E-Invoice will be sent to you, marking the success of you securing our service.

Yes. We need to have final round of discussion 1 week before your wedding day. This is to finalize all your big day program so we are able to prepare our shooting plan.

Our prices are firmed and there is no hidden cost.

We specialize in wedding cinematography but we do collaborate with some well known wedding photographers in country for photo + video packages. Please write to us for more detail.

We will ask our client in detail about their special requirement during the meeting. We want to Know what need to be included and what shouldn’t be included into the video. Once the Final video is released, we will not re-edit the video again.

Usually it doesn’t. We shoot extra pre-wedding shots unless there is enough time. And of course, we don’t usually do this for all the couples. It depends on our availability.

We will edit your footage within a day and show it at your reception. We would play the raw video file from the laptop. We do not provide laptop, projector or DVD player but usually these equipment will be provided by the hotels. We need at least 6 hours to edit your footage.

It is not compulsory but our equipment are heavy and we need a lot of energy to operate them. Therefore, it would be great if you could provide basic meals for us.

This has yet to happen until to date. Should such misfortune happen, a full refund shall be given. Or we can try to get a cinematographer to stand in if agreed.

To ensure the utmost quality of our works, we would need around 8 weeks to complete the final product. But don’t worry. Usually your wedding highlight will be released within 6 weeks. You and your friends are able to enjoy it through the web.

Balance payment is to be made before the shooting begins.

Within Malaysia, we will use Pos Laju service. If oversea, We will use DHL courier service. All necessary courier, postal of delivery fees of product are to be borne by client.

Usually we will advise our clients to deposit the payment into our bank account. Or if possible, they can seek help from their relative or friends in Penang for the payment as well.

Traveling surcharge is basically an allowance to cover incidental costs such as airport transfer and meals. Transportation is basically air or ground transport to and from shooting location. Accommodation is a place for us to rest ourselves, after a long day shoot.

We would choose to drive if the distance is within 300KM. Or else, flight is preferred. We wouldn’t mind flying with AirAsia but we need 35KG baggage limit for each videographer. As for the accommodation, we prefer to stay in the same hotel where you hold your wedding reception as we are trying to reduce the travelling time from hotel to the banquet ballroom.

Yes you can. A surcharge of RM300 will apply in this instance.

We do not do table-to-table shots during dinner as it is rude to interrupt your guests. we strongly recommend the bride and groom to go table-to-table with us for toasting because the guests are usually more than happy to co-operate.

Date changes are not advisable. However, should a date change is required after investing in our service, a date swap fee will be charged as below.

First time date swap – RM1,000 Second time date swap – RM2,000 Third time date swap – RM3,000
